The Data Inserter provides real-time data insertion. This product retrieves data from databases, the internet and many other sources and sends this data to the displays, providing a full dynamic display environment. The Data Inserter application is to be used in conjunction with the rest of our software suite.

Data Inserter can be used for retrieving:

• News or weather information from a web site and distributing it to your clients in a tickertape.
• Stock information from Reuters and sending this information to clients in tickertape together with the current time and date.
• Pricing information out of a database through ODBC and sending this pricing information to the clients where it can be displayed in text boxes or used by flash.
• Data from a plain text file somewhere on your network and distributing this to the clients.

Remote Control adds extra flexibility to the user. Update prices or other text in an instance. Manipulate graphics. Break into running schedules. Trigger sequences.Remote Control is used on location to influence what is shown on the screen. This can be done either by using the existing network or wirless, via a handheld device.

The control opportunities are limitless. This feature is ideally suitable in places where staff in the viewing area need to inform, entertain, or educate customers. For example car dealers: a sales person can break into an already running schedule displaying all available cars of one particular brand, trigger different sequences, show a specific car type, and change real time sales information such as inventory. After such sequences, the original schedule will continue from the point of interruption.

Our Network Manager Scheduler software will help you in distributing content from one central place to several remote sites. The software is based on the newest Internet technologies making it as robust as possible. Network Scheduler is developed in a modular way which makes it very flexible.

The Network Manager Scheduler software suite is based on the server and Player principle. The server is called the Administrator and the Player is refered to as the Player. The Administrator is where you specify the content and the schedule and is based at some central location.

The Player is based on a modular design. This means that modules can be added easily and be scheduled the same as web based content. Modules can be a media player, an RS232 control module, program launcher module, etc. The Administrator is a very user-friendly editing program for schedules. It will also distribute the schedules to the sites giving maximum feedback on what is happening. The Administrator can use the Remote Access Service to dial to the remote sites to make a network connection or it can make a direct network connection to the sites if they are connected to a LAN.
